unfortunately, due to portals filling the CLAs will initially start at 30-50%

ECCS has been mostly revamped. The plant is now able to mitigate a somewhat large break LOCA and inject water into the RCS quickly.

mkai740361: Updating a save re-dates it

how is this already so viewed? its ben less than 20 minutes.
-
you can think of it as like standby cooling, you should be using the steam generators and the RHR to cooldown the reactor core when shutting down.
-
however if your heat exchangers clog and you still desire to continue using it, you just need to remove the salt from them and wait for it to cool down
-
its not intended to be used while the reactor is running and hot
-
RHR is to be used for when the reactor is shutdown and like not at 350C or however high your operating it at. I would start it at around 100-250C, otherwise the cooling water will boil and clog the heat exchanger as you described.
-
is it normal for RHR to effectively permanently fail if used at high temps? because you used saltwater when it gets too hot it boils blocking the RHR with salt

np, lmk what you would like to see and ill prob add it. next to be done is better and possibly more redundant ECCS
