The save that inspired me to create my own series of terraforming themed saves, one of which is my all-time best rated. The landscape was scaled down using a script and manually reworked, all machines and electronics were rescaled manually.

As far as I remember, Jacob1 mentioned that pure CGI wouldn't work anyway and probably wouldn't get a high rating, but there's no explicit ban on using scripts

so a mix of script and manual work, i don't think CGI in any form is allowed for the contest
