Exotic planets are formed by atomic reactions when clusters of radioactive material collide in space. Scientists believe these planets could be the key to achieving cold fusion. However, there is a risk of nuclear fusion occuring, forming a star instead.

    I messed with the amounts of plut and I got self sustaining fusion

    adding extra plutonium and removing the blinking vibranium results in it being a powder but also blocking most pressure so theres a weird slow fuel burning effect
