4 bit microcontroller with 2 registers and 3 ALU operations (XOR, OR, AND). IT can be programmed and has 3Hz @ 60FPS clock. I made it to learn basics of TPT circuits. Read forum for more info. (Program is already loaded) To start - power VCC+ pin.

    hint: dlay with temp not divisible by 8 doesn't make a constant signal, it will change a bit each time. (+1)
