From my testing this is the strongest explosive you can make without using any console stuff, nuclear stuff, or DEST/BOMB. Id like to know if im wrong though, there might be stronger.

  if you add a layer of FSEP and another of TNT(use ctrl+click), it gets a bit more power density, breaching thru the metl at 4 clones intead of 16, but it does get 4 pixels more side length(or 2 pixels more radius)
