    idea: set the pstn ctype to QRTZ (or pqrt) and get it to mine as deep as the qrtz vein goes

    so basically if the layer where PSTN goes is cleared, the other layers of PQRT cannot be cleared unless the PSTNs temp is changed so that it goes deeper
