this is a theoretical path of steps for a manufacturing process of EXOT that requires no clone of any kind. only theoretical because basically every step has a new problem to overcome. (for example, the plutonium fission step generating max temperature)

I tried using PLUT fission for my "ex nihilo" save, but it was too unreliable and not very productive for its size. You might end up using the CLAY cycle or netherpro's PIPE cloning instead. -
