Dirtguy explained it perfectly, ensure to set the coals tmp to 50. I found temp doesn't matter much but preferable 0C, and life 110. -

dirtguy11211 29th Septemberhey there, it melts because the tmp of the coal must be 50. also, the temp of the coal has to be 0. if it still melts, then fill in the empty spots with SHLD 1-4 depending on the color. make sure to also fill in the little bits on the side that fall out. that should fix it.
