mostly just a prototype, will make a better one in the future. mostly normal filt stuff, but i threw in a little dark magic (also refered to as subframe) to make the timings more precise. uses VSNS deserialization feature to work

  the filtronics are great, but oddly angled walls look unprofessional, if you make it look bit better you could get some more ppl to look at it. got +1 from me anyway
