    Updated the control wiring, so even if (for example) a px of sing snow detonated one side, the reactor is still 100% controllable

    This pretty much is just the slit design, the core is shaped to minimize phot following one static path as it bounces, increasing efficency as high as possible.

    one of the better reactors from testing is usually just a cube with two slits on one side for photons to deviate out of.

    Yeah technically nuclear, just the radiation emmited is visable light, no more harmful than a led.

    Well I guess the phot reacts with glow... so yeah it's a reactor.
