this is a modified version of the azure from dirtguy11211 that adds ANAR to destroy VIBR much quicker, it may be weaker in some cases as i dont specialize in azure bombs

    Interesting idea, but the ANAR doesn't really destroy the VIBR.... it turns it into BVBR, which ultumatly ends up just getting in the way. nice idea though.

    i guess it probably doesnt need to clear that out, so i will remove it

    this does have an issue where it will turn some VIBR blue in situations it normally wouldnt be blue because it uses CFLM to clear up excess ANAR
