  highcalibergarbage, its a long lore i've been building, but the long story short is WW3 occured, after that the USA broke apart into multiple nations, the TCA was one of them, and this is one of their facilities BEFORE WW4 occurs. 288 YEARS in the future is where some builds are, but this one is before the fourth war : )
