This is a ESBWR-like reactor, it recirculates its fuel. and also the cooling rate of this is about -3.7°C per minute. Also remove CRMC from the refueler to start, turn off sdc and rest is self explanitory

    you should add a pressure relief valve in the reactor and a "cut the water supplying from the reactor" button.
