The ETRD-PLSM-CONV-LAVA (EPCL) lamp produces a characteristic yellowish glow. In a break from their street light heritage, Laneshine (fictional company) made this special reflector style bulb for can lights.

The two fans are for different purposes. The lamp blower is to keep parts of the bulb from melting under its own heat. The thermally controlled fan is to keep the "ballast" from getting really hot.

Would it be possible to have variants/a guide for a version with two 'normal' fans, and one with two blower-types?

Yay FP! This is heavily inspired by the Lamptech page on the (real-world) Osram Vialox NAV-R 310/360W, although the dual-fan cooling system is fictional.
