i stacked the emp because i decided to make it do heavy damage to RFI (Reach for Invincibility) since it has a dray weapon embedded into it and i need the emp to hold on xd

also the subframe EMP doesn't need excessive stacking, cause the order is indeed left to right, but each pixel in a single spot(x,y) gets evaluated before the next spot(either x+1,y; or something else), so the 8+ convs act semantically the same as just 2 convs
