  yeah no this is from an older save also no it wouldn't? i dunno a lot but from what i've heard quantum computing is all about the fact that you can use Q-bits to get values inbetween 0 and 1 and this allows for more interesting computing (like ternary but probably better and also a whole lot more complex) and these can be achieved via quantum superposition, where due to quantum uncertainty you can make a particle technically occupy 2 different places by doing some weird practically magic stuff
