Forgot to say LITH also burns if overcharged (ctype > 99). Also it doesn't burn on contact with water unless its temperature is 166.85C or more, just like with fire. And contact with water at under 166.85C heats the lithium particle by 20.365 + (ctype x 1.5) degrees, turns the water into hydrogen and adds 1 to the LITH's tmp.
And LITH burns when it touches water (any variant) or when it touches fire, it's hotter than 166.85C and it's tmp is higher than 6, with a 2.5% chance per frame.
More precisely: LITH with a tmp2 of less than 11 absorbs CO2 particles on contact. When it does so it adds 1 to it's tmp2. If it melts (which happens at 180.5C or when it stops burning) when it's tmp2 is more than 2, it turns into LAVA(GLAS), which turns into GLAS when cooled.
