This is a somewhat realistic, working human heart. the save has an EGC, a breathing machine, a couple of indicator and drugs. Feel free to make alterations to the save but do give credit. Might add more stuff in the future. Have fun!

Bro I play Casualties Unknown too,that game's medic panal...hardcore. I can only reach layer three at most, the turret shouldn't be underestimated.
