    yeah, but low pressure behind is hard to avoid unless you use a sort of intake design to channel air straight through the plane/train/automobile. for planes you want blue above, for cars red above, and generally as little red in front and as little blue behind as possible.

    Actually, if there's a blue area behind it it's not aerodynamic. Low pressure behind = drag from behind, I think.
