    I'm pretty sure a quantum computer would be capable of generating truly random numbers

    Put some deco color on water, MIX it and play it on Persistent view. Pretty cool.

    It is impossible for it to be FULLY randomized because computers real and fake cant actually randamize so instead they work on a pseudorandom protocal. I could go more indef but I wont sit here typeing for the next hour.

    This is not evenly randomized. Look up "gaussian distrobution"
