    Step four is to fire,and to complete the bolt action-fire sequence untill you are out of ammunition.i do not get what is so hard to understand.

    The remington 700 is a bolt action magazine fed rifle.step one is to release the magazine.step two is to replace it with a loaded magazine.step 3 is to load a bullet into the chamber by using the bolt.

    #2 is pointless because of the bolt action and the fact that u have a mag since ur not pulling back the charge handle to load in bullet by bullet
