This is a modified version of Destroyable City 5. It contains electrical wire that's been exposed intentioally in the lower left corner and some NBLE nearby. It will start a fire with default TPT but (read comment below)...

    ... if you use my TPT patcher and set Nble Plsm Temperature to 1000000000, it will make an actual explosion when the short happens, because at that high a temperature, EVERYTHING gets destroyed making more room for the plasma to expand and destroy even more stuff.
