No it doesn't overflow in the pipe itself. When it leaves the pipe in the collection chamber, is when it piles together in one corner, may I just suggest having more pipe outlets?
If you wait long enough, then the pipe will empty out. The pipe helps mix it up a little more. For colored particles, use my six elemant smelter.
Good concept. I like it. Simple and effective, however, may I just say that using pipe makes it overflow in one corner, and if the particles are coloured, the pipe removes the colour.
