    Sry modular as in make pieces that are saved as stamps and connect the optic fibre that way. By doing that it makes your life easier and makes it easier to connect other creations to you optic fibre. Also allows people to try build their own sets of fibre mazes, because the pieces are there.

    I've actually attempted this previously, it's worked to an extent. My tips are: 1) Try to make the input point and laser more compact, because its certainly possible. 2) I found that a 5x5 square of glass with the corners deleted can capture photons without the need for the quartz casing at the start. 100% efficency. 3) The turns you have going are fine. Maybe make the optic fibres a modular set.
