Based on my ROM Chip but the layout is slightly different. This creation can store over 3 Kilobits of memory making it the smallest DRAM ever built. Please note that its best to write straight after the RAM is refreshed. in order to protect data.

    Its going to be used in making a computer so it has to be quite complex.

    wll idk how to use binary data but this look like a nice piece of computer mech

    Pick an adress on the left hand side, but remember they are in binary so the first one is 1 then 10, 11,100,101...and so on.... Enjoy!
