    nice! but it's not really a supernova, more like the sun diffusing its outer layers into space

    This is technically not possible for the sun to go supernova due to not being able to generate iron in it's core, but this is a great simulation though! Faved :D

    The sun will swell up enough to engulf mars, then slowly puff the outer layers away, leaving a white dwarf star.
