A simple EMP Simulation and a cool fallout testing map. Inspiration goes to Fallout New Vegas, and m_shinoda. Spark the button for the EMP, and the map is still a WIP so it is under construction. Enjoy, and leave comments too! :)

    @Sean21440: if you took off the decor mode you would notice the c-5 for emp color effect along with a small emp jammer inside of that to replicate the jamming of electronics upon ignition. ^_^ obviously its not a perfect emp sim. ^_^

    that's not how an emp works! an emp is an electromagnetic pulse bomb that disrupts electronics!

    I had just added it, does it look better? Im horrible at pixel art so i think it looks pretty bad.

    i like it but you should make the emp look like an oval in the sky because of your current point of view :D you dont have to but thats what i would do lol :) +1
