fp is decided by an algorithim with votes over time. 20 good votes and 30 views over 10 seconds? bingo fp!!! but 3 views and no votes at all doesnt give u fp
I'm pretty sure FP saves are chosen by moderators.
2 things: art is no longer allowed on front page, and its based on views and votes in a short amount of time after you post it
