    It uses quartz; the colder quartz is, the more brittle it is, and the quartz is as cold as can be, so it will break with the slightest pressure

    well Cloudz, at a normal altitude for bombing runs, this bomb would encounter much less H20 then at ground level, thus, it would not explode untill a few hundred feet from the ground.
