  well,I understand your oppinion, an0nym0us,but it could be good. And Oats, I think you didn't understand the concept: the idea is that WITHOUT ambient heat, the item would radiate, like URAN pressure.

  It already exists -_- It's called heat switch (HSWC) and ambient heat (Radiant Heat). Turn them on both at the same time and boom, you've got what your asking for

  Its a good idea but it should be too easy to build reactors and powerplants.
