Water does not seem to seek its level. Pour it in on either side of this system, and it doesn't rise beyond the horizontal length of pipe (made of wall, not pipe-substance) Comments?

First, get rid of the oxygen. That's just laggy. Second, open the options menu (down by where you log in), and enable "Water Equalization Test". That makes it work properly.
