Turns light into water. 100% originial, and don't copy without credit. Light via BIZR and INVS is neutrons and electrons. Neutrons and electrons is hydrogen, and hydrogen can be fused into oxygen. Hydrogen plus oxygen equals water. Ambient DOESNT WORK.
