Why laser is impossible to be dodged by naruto123
This is a simple quick and dirty model about evading both conventional gun which use gunpowder to push the bullet and laser gun. More in-depth explanation later, but the simple explanation is we cannot see the laser before it hits our eye.

Assuming the dodger can move FTL and have a quick reaction time (which is currently used to determine the character speed) -

Or the fact lasers shoot at the speed of light. Which is impossible to dodge because current science knows nothing faster than the speed of light.
