    @jacob1, how did you guys find this out. all the mods claim that they cant check to see what people voted on.

    ok, I demoted it so it wouldn't get front page (it was about too). And also, i'm not sure if he did / how much he did or what, that's just the reason. It's probably true though, since he was banned forever.

    no, he probably organied an effort to mass downvote other people's saves, which is obviously against the rules. Maybe that means downvoting better saves, so his gets front page. I really don't know how much was done, or if it actually happened though, that was just the reason I saw

    he was apparently banned for "organized downvoting" (I don't know why he would do that). He has some saves with a lot of votes though, maybe I should republish them
