    I would use powered clone since you can turn it off to let the exot drain completely, because the vibr isn't doing anything since its instantly turning into more exot.

    You need to use a fuel that is hard to find or never has been used yet to heat water. Electrons are an example. You should make a reactor that puts electrons in VIBR

    i ran the whole thing and nothing exploded, perhaps you're just imagining it? if you click the circle thing below the city it will explode because that's a bomb attached to the self destruct button. the vibranium is supposed to explode though.
