Mod. Short for modification. Basically it would involve making those elements yourself using lua scripts. Then implement it into the game.

I'm not a lua scripter. I think you just need the knowledge of how to use lua and a simple text generator like wordpad

WordPad is a formatted text editor. You can't use it, it'll have various special characters in the file denoting bold and stuff. You need a plaintext editor like Notepad or Notepad++ which add no special characters, but they don't have bold and italic and margins, just text. -
Things like these aren't really possible to put into the game it would be too hard because tpt isn't designed to do things like these. Some people might also say they don't have many uses, because they don't interact with existing elements, they're completely separate. Also, the screen size can't be made bigger without lag happening.
