ppip can store phot/elec, which has a sprk/area ratio of 1 and you know how to do the rest.
Or to go further, using catelite's method with slight adjustment, which utilize the secret storage space of each portal channel to store 240 phot/elec per px., then use layering to compress 5 PRTI channels into a single px to achieve the sprk/area ratio of 240*5 = 1200 sprk pre px.
Of course you need to control the rate that ppip/prto releases the phot/elec to a maximum of 0.125 sprk/frame or the solar panel would waste some energy before it is able to be conducted.
Ultimate solution by far:
E-hole + snow(phot/elec)
Everything here is just theory, no real product.

Flaw of the rules(Bypassing the limit on btry, dtec family, conv(sprk) to get infinite power within small area):
pscn+nscn loop
clne(sprk) can produce unstable sprk flow
@lamyipfu: You don't even need the pscn+nscn to create a loop that produces infinte power. Almost any conductor will do. id:2160479
Also... here's my entry for the contest:
I know it is not needed, but it is nearly effortless to create such loop with pscn+nscn single gateway so you don't need prop tool.
Anyway, nice work for the capacitor. Hmm, never realized dray could stack energy particles directly, that meeanns in-game layering machine.
@lamyipfu: indeed
SPNG stores up to 49 WATR. That means the score of this battery approaches 4900 as its size increases. Being able to store 426545 sparks and spanning the full 108 by 89 building zone, the score of the this setup is 4437.
*: The flow of sparks going out is only continuous if there are at least about 10K sparks stored in the system. Otherwise it takes astronomical times to get even one spark out. But there was no time limit so...
*uses console to put SPNG's life to 65535*
O god. @LBPHacker @FuriousWeasel I'm adding your scores to my second post. Well, that was great. The contest is now over! FuriousWeasel is the winner
You still haven't added FW's score :P Oh you have.
Anyway, another one for the heck of it.
1048576 sparks, 1820 px area. Score: 57614
33554432 sparks, 2120 px area. Score: 1582756
Sooooooooooooooooooooooo I know it's over... but it's higher than FW's score :P
Contest is over :P
Okay I get it, it's over. I wish to add though that it ended quite abruptly and with no prior notice. The OP doesn't reflect the fact that it's over either. Right now it seems as if it's over because the judge saw a damn high score and thought that it was pointless to continue the contest.
