    Actually someone that is not a member of PTCA can join but they are most likeley to be Judged by members of the PTCA so it ends up being benificial to them when they attempt to enter
    Also you are the person that anwers questions when Im unavailable

    So has anyone got the railgun proto and possibly one based on the one i will post in next edit
    also scince our rail gun is almost certainly in the hands of apetureand we need a better one so they dont make big deal out of it

    I am posting to publicize that I have quit and the railgun that I have been working on is now property of Aperture, you are NOT allowed to use it's firing mechanism which I invented.
