    For those who have stumbeled onto this thread without membership of either the board of directors of the PTCA or the Arcangel project would the pleas not talk about this thread if they dont wish to join.
    Also fpr anyone who wishes to join they must find a willing member to second them and they are then reviewed by either the PTCA board or myself along with a peice of UNIQUE powder toy technology (it can be a existing technology but advanced ie a extremly small powerful nuke)

    RULES
    1- to second someone you must have reviewed their application work first it will be saved under Arcangel project applications
    2- there is no posting without permission from myself or the board
    3- all members are not to advertise this project to peers they MUST send seconded applications to me then i will review the powder toy application
    4- no abuse of the arcangel account is tolerated

    PURPOSE
    the purpose of this project is to create powder toy technology that has been abandoned by most because they were unable to create this technology that is the prpose of this project ; to advance old and new powder toy technology

    PROJECTS
    the first project is a pressure 'rail gun' as many attempts have been unsucessful you may nominate if you wish to do any particular part or just want to be assigned one. further projects will be posted

    As my application I submit my M82, it has the highest ballistics velocity of any TPT weapon.

    Considering that the current project is to make a high-velocity ballistics weapon, I state that I am skilled with high-pressure based propulsion and compartmentalized electronics. I also have skills in heating, engineering and other fields of interest.

    Actually, Project Ark-Angel was formed with the authorization of UBERNESS. It is essentially a black-project division of PTCA. It answers only to the CEO's.

    My records indicate that you are an employee of PTCA (in the PTCO division). That makes you eligible to sign up for Project Ark-Angel.
