If you have to speak out: Don't panic, it will be really easy to tell if you are. Don't just stare at the sheet, only look down once in a while. Making eye contact is very important Body language. Keep your arms open. If you put your hands in your pockets or cross your arms, people will realise that you are nervous. Keep gesturing to emphasise particular points. (but as with repetition, do not repeat the same motion) Talk slightly slower than you usually do and thoroughly pronounce every single syllable.
