Racism is a terrible thing and if your asking why we do it well I'll tell you. There are many reasons for being racist like because you are jealous, because you just like to bully people over being a different race to you, perhaps just trying to have a laugh or even because that race is usually seen commiting crimes or breaking rules. Racism is a type if stereotyping which means believing something that is about someone or thing that is not always true and is believed in a lot of areas. Think about it for a moment what would you do if someone was racist to you? Someone might tell an elder person perhaps a parent or maybe someone of more power like a police officer. If it led in to a fight that may be the best thing to do. If someone is racist to you try to ignore them or if you can't just try not to make them angry because they could harm you or threaten you not to tell anyone or they will kill you or bash you up. Don't listen to them if someone is nonstop at this tell someone don't become their slave. Racism you would think would mainly be to Asian or African American and aboriginal people but racism may not just happen to them but to us. Australia is racist sometimes but other countries and races are also racist to us. But this does not mean you should tease people about their race if they do it to you. An eye for an eye a tooth for a tooth don't think about that saying when thinking about racism.
