And everyone else, behave with your grammar. If someone does something wrong, you don't have to make it wrong again and again as a game of some kind. He/she won't learn that way. -

Um guys he might not speak english well! or he's just caught up useing text language which i hate now and of course everyone wants it to turn into a cake thread.

I think the best way to start something new is 2 just start talking with one another and come up with a agreement. Also if u or a member disagrees with something he or she should be able2 discuss y he or she disagrees. And then the owner would take farther action from ther. (like banning the person if the owner thinks the member said something offive or stupid. However the owner does have 2 send a message back 2 the person who said something be4 banning the person. One final thing if the person does get banned then the owner would have 2 tell the person y he or she is being banned.
