I think the best way to start something new, is just start talking with one another, and come up with an agreement.
Also, if you or a member disagrees with something, he or should be able to discuss why, he or she, disagrees. Then the owner would take further action. The owner should ban the person if the owner thinks the member said something offensive, or stupid.
If someone is being banned, the owner does have to send a message back to the person who said something, before banning him/her.
If the person gets banned, the owner should tell him/her the reason why he/she is being banned.
After making the text a bit more readable, it still makes no sense. I understand what you are trying to say, but I don't see how this relates to TPT. Or especially to creations in TPT. And you can see why you were banned when you try to log in here. -
