You go into android settings.

Settings -> Apps -> The Powder Toy -> Clear Data, Clear Cache, Force Stop

Well that shouldn't be possible, if you clear all the data, clear the cache, and force close it, it is basically starting like new. If version .4 worked when you first installed it, it should work now.

the game told me it was restarting when I updated, and loadd up, it was after this that phenomenon problem started

Oh, well I thought you were saying that at one point you could get the new version to run. You should have mentioned it never worked in the first place. I don't know if there is much I can do. When you start it up does anything show up? Like the SDL logo at least?

How did you install the .apk? Did you use some special installer?

I used es file explorer, but it actually did work, at one point. I was using 0.3 and saw the update button. I pressed it and went to the site. It started downloading so I went back to playing 0.3. It finished downloadING and I went to es file explorer and pressed the 0.4 application and hit install. It installed and when it finished it directed me back to the updated game. This is how I got it to run the first time
