    how bout a resistor like semi conductor that has the electrical properties of water(make timers easier to build)

    capacitor like material is liquid. You want a solid.

    i mean you charge the capacitor and it keeps giving of electricity intill you discharge it(like a flip flop)

    But capacitors don't work like that. They retain charge. Not produce infinate charge.
