    If it is, you can't add sponsors without approval from the BoD.

    Yes, but as you seem to have never added me, PTCA rules do not yet apply. As of right now, I am sponsoring and being sponsored by this group. Does the Grandfather Clause apply to PTCA? If so then the sponsorship, assuming I am added to the PTCA, would be within my rights, as it happened before we were accepted.
