    I'm one for second chances, although I think 2 chances is plenty.

    It says under the FAQ:
    "Am I allowed to make multiple accounts?
    Yes, although abusing multiple accounts for vote fraud or spam is against the rules, using multiple accounts to allow you to vote multiple times will result in a ban."

    It is unlikely any suggestions will be accepted, but If your that confident, suggest them and ensure that people understand the uses and reasons for each suggestion.
