Alternate emp dimension

In the beta for version 65 I discovered what is a dimension in which nothing makes sense. Using an emp i turned the screen white and it stayed so I messed around. I went to persistent display and added photons. It created a multicolered rainbow strobe light and continued to flash paused or unpaused. Has anyone else seen this?
