Need Help with Electrolysis

I'm trying to make a water fueled and propelled flamethrower, but I'm getting a lot of WATR out of a portal, even though no DSTW, WATR or WTRV goes into it. It's probably some kind of a problem with HYGN/OXYG, or a glitch with the portals. The DSTW used never gets hot enough to evaporate, and liquid water can't travel through the gas wall separating it from PRTI; I have no idea where the WTRV comes from. Can someone help me out?

You probably have to post it as the source

Pressure can keep the water from evaporating.
    Also O2 + H2 = Heat + Steam

Thanks Mastermind! After messing around with HYGN and OXYG, I found out that when they are burned, trace amounts of WTRV are left behind.

Still, I don't know why the WTRV is turning into WATR when it's 1500 degrees; it's putting out the flame. Any ideas?
