I am an owner of the group "Elite Laser Engineering" and have a user ( @VIRUS ) who has sent an application form (he told me via Convo). Thing is, when I go to the Pending list, I don't see his name :/ . He has already sent 2 forms and we have waited  quite a while but it still wouldn't work. Is this a problem with the servers, the website or something else? Please help.

Is he sure he did everything right?
Did it give him any error, did it tell him that the the registration form has been sent successfully?

    I'll ask him, wait.

    Edit: I asked, he hasn't replied yet (18:08 now , GMT +0)

    ArtMaster:

Go to "Edit" in your group.
Look, open you group to registration or no.

In case you didn't read, let me say it again; "Thing is, when I go to the Pending list, I don't see his name :/", which would obviously mean that I have already done that.

Anyways, he STILL hasn't replied! Anyone have an idea of what might have happened?

Hmm very odd. I checked and it is open to more members and his registration has not been sent. ?_?

Weird isn't it? I was thinking maybe he DIDN'T put anything in the registration field so it didn't work properly...

Also, how come when someone applies, we don't see what they actually wrote in the field?
